Quality Time is the scariest and most desirable commodity in the world.

Have you ever thought of how and where you are going to die? Will it be suffering a slow, painful death from a preventable chronic disease or injury?  Or from a shark attack when you are surfing into your 80s?

Could you sprint if you were being chased, or could you run after your grandchildren if you had too? Could you do simple tasks like bound over a puddle or a patch of ice, tie your shoes? Stop on a dime? Balance on a surfboard? Walk the golf course? Touch your toes, or see them for that matter?
